TESTIMIONIAL -

We stayed 6 days at the Q1 in April 2006. It was a luxurious apartment with stunning views of the Gold Coast and the ocean; also in a very convenient part of Surfers Paradise. The shops were a 3 minute walking distance away and the beach a 1 minute walk. The Q1 had 3 swimming pools to choose from; a spa, gym and sauna. The building also provides dvd hire and a private movie theatre. Kids loved it.
The apartment was very clean and furnished in good taste, ultra modern and very spacious. We greatly enjoyed the very large plasma television.
Highly recommend the Q1, apartment 2901.

There has been considerable deceptive advertised rates- however, please check these rates on the actual unit and the actual floor level that the unit iis located. Some units on LOWER floors with absolutely no views have been advertised at low rates, but the provider is not disclosing to you that it is a LOW floor which has NO VIEW . These pictures show you the actual floor level that is being offered by the respective owner.SOME are offering only HIGH level units above level 20 BUT with an extra PREMIUM of up to $60 per nite. On our trip from Canada, we found the Q1 Resort on the goldcoastregion.com website; they booked it for us, they met us when we arrived late by plane at 11.pm, took us up to the apartment on the 44th level, left us bickies, tea coffee, bread and milk in the apartment to have a snack. Then gave us the keys to the Mercedes car to use for the week all inclusive in the deal. We found the views absolutely unbelievable, this apartment was very well furnished, and exceptionally clean. The personal service from Aussie Tourism Holidays team and their goldcoastregion.com website was better than we have received in over 7 countries that we have visited.
